Many of our clients have asked for more detail regarding two aspects of our service:
- What guarantee we offer our clients
- How an MHT treatment is removed
Deciding whether or not to undergo an MHT treatment is a massive decision. We appreciate this, and fully support our members desire to gather as much information as possible about the MHT technique and our service, before making this decision.
For this reason, we agree that it is important for those considering MHT, to understand exactly what guarantees we provide.
Please note these guarantees are always upheld, regardless which of our clinics you attend, or which practitioner performs your MHT treatment.
Our treatment guarantee:
During your consultation, we will provide you with an estimate of how many treatment sessions you will require. We use the term ‘estimate’, as different skin types accept our pigments in different ways, therefore clients may require an additional session. During your consultation, the actual cost for your treatment will be provided.
We provide all clients with a 12 month guarantee. This guarantee covers any fading or lightening of the treated area. Under such circumstances, we will provide a further touch-up session free of charge if required. Please note however, that these cases are extremely rare. Any retrospective modifications to the original treatment, including alterations to the hairline, density or colour, will be charged for at our standard hourly rate.
Whilst for legal reasons we are obliged to classify an MHT treatment as a ‘permanent’ hair loss solution, we have only been established since 2002, and cannot therefore say for sure how the results will last or look in 20+ years time.
In extremely rare cases when flaws are visible within the MHT treatment area, we aim to resolve the matter to the complete satisfaction of our client. We will provide however many additional treatment sessions are required to correct the flaw.
If this course of action fails to resolve the matter, strictly at our Directors discretion, we may offer to remove the treatment on a free of charge basis. For more information about the removal process, please see our removal page.
Our Service Guarantee
With many years of knowledge and experience of living with MHT®, having performed the first treatment back in 2002, HIS know precisely what to do to best preserve your new style. We are also continuing to extend our head and scalp aftercare product range to compliment our MHT® treatment.
In order to preserve best results, we have developed our own recommended aftercare guidelines and every client is presented with this information following their treatment.
We also offer ongoing support to existing and new clients by providing personalised extended services such as flexible treatment dates and locations to meet individual needs, and 24 hour telephone and email service. In doing this, we endeavour to meet each and every client’s expectations.
We are very proud to offer all of our clients a price guarantee for any future touch up treatments that may be required as we only charge a fraction of the original treatment cost. This guarantee provides you with total peace of mind: that you will never have to pay a premium for ongoing maintenance. We truly believe this ongoing commitment is extremely important, as we are aware that other hair loss companies seek to take advantage by excessively charging for their ongoing services.
We are extremely proud of our excellent reputation and the fact that we have helped many clients from all over the world and with all different types of hair loss circumstances. Some clients come to us having tried many hair loss treatments and for some individuals our solution is their first experience. Either way our approach is the same, to fully support them, provide honest advice and to try and help them find the right solution for them.

Remember, we also offer our clients a hair loss advice service if the client would benefit from discussing their hair loss with an individual who is both impartial and knowledgeable on the subject.
Your confidentiality is assured
It goes without saying that we treat each client, their dealings with us and their client records very seriously. We never disclose or sell any client records, or make public any information that the client wishes to remain private.
All client names, case studies and before and after photographs on this site are used only with the express consent of the client concerned. In some cases the name of the client may be altered to preserve their anonymity. Case study information is never changed in the interests of providing those considering our treatment with true, accurate information, however the information we do display is used only with the express consent of the individual involved. In our before and after photographs we usually show only part of the clients face, again to preserve their anonymity.
