Clinical process

Our specially designed MHT™ scalp pigmentation process ensures we follow 100% safe and sterile practices and all consumables are clinically and responsibly disposed of after every single procedure. The equipment and facilities utilised with each and every procedure are medically cleansed and sterilised in accordance with health and safety guidelines, local authority regulations and specialist hygiene training we have received.

Pigments

Our chosen manufacturer and supplier of pigments have acquired over 10 years of clinical and pharmacological experience having undergone significant human trials and confirmed histologies. A history of zero allergic responses are recognised and no harm from the prolonged contact with the skin has been reported (safety data sheets are available).

We are committed to client safety, pigments with ingredients known to induce intolerance and sensitivity are avoided instead the pharmacological grade pigments are mixed with a dispersant of pharmacological grade glycerol, ethanol and propylene glycol and are EEC marked in accordance with directive 76/768/EEC with allocated lot numbers for traceability and constant strive for quality.

Pigment for each client is dispensed using a syringe pump dispenser to maintain hygiene standards throughout the shelf life of the pigment. Pigment is placed into sterile single use disposable containers when performing treatment. Any pigment left over is clinically disposed of with the disposable container in accordance with authority hygiene requirements.

Needles

Every needle cartridge is individually packaged and sterilized using EO gas this is to prevent any disease contamination and transmission. The entire needle cartridge once used is then clinically disposed of in accordance with the authority hygiene requirements.

Client Records

We hold all client Records in complete confidence and in accordance with the Data Protection Act.

Registrations

We are registered members of The British Association of Beauty Therapy and Cosmetology (BABTAC), The Society of Permanent Cosmetics Professionals (SPCP), Alopecia UK (AUK) and The British Association of Skin Camouflage (BASC).

5. Ensuring client comfort during treatment.

6. Supplying after care instructions following the initial treatment.

7. Arranging suitable follow up session for the second treatment.

8. Providing comprehensive long term aftercare recommendations to preserve HIS cosmetic enhancement.

9. Contactable 24 hours per day in case of any questions or queries before, during and after treatment.

10. Providing a price guarantee on future touch up treatments.
