Ian Watson – Managing Director

Ian’s own experience of hair loss enables him to communicate openly and honestly with all clients. He has undergone intense training in micro pigmentation techniques at Harley Street London, the centre of the UK cosmetic industry. He has also undertaken advanced training in Melbourne, Australia with some of the worlds foremost permanent make-up experts. As a result, his qualifications are endorsed by leading micro pigmentation experts who are accredited as government trainers and assessors.

Through intensive research and development, Ian has helped adapt the techniques he learned to create the innovative MHT MicroHair™ and MHT HairReplication™ scalp pigmentation techniques.  He personally underwent the first MHT™ procedure, and the amazing results are there for all to see.

As a senior Director for the English National Health Service (NHS), Ian is dedicated to the cause of helping individuals overcome hair loss, and continues to work passionately to help transform the lives of many hair loss sufferers.

Ranbir Rai-Watson – Clinical Director

Ranbir has undergone advanced training in medical micro pigmentation and permanent make up techniques, and has also furthered her knowledge by training in general body art tattooing with a multi award winning international tattoo artist. Ranbir’s training has taken place in London, the West Midlands and Melbourne, Australia and her skills are globally recognised. She uses her expert knowledge and artistic eye to deliver perfect, stylish results every time.

Ranbir has helped treat and restore the confidence of many hair loss sufferers from around the world; every procedure she performs is second to none and is widely renowned as the best in the specialist field of scalp pigmentation. Her work has been endorsed by a number of leading international Doctors and Dermatologists and her MHT™ treatment results are there for all to see.

Ranbir is responsible for the overall management of internal systems and quality procedures at HIS clinics and also facilitates HIS MHT training programmes for the increasing number of MHT™ licensees.

Both Ian and Ranbir hold Masters Degrees and are both extremely academically qualified. Using our academia and business experience we have been able to perfect our MHT™ scalp pigmentation techniques. We are both fully qualified in permanent cosmetic and medical tattooing, having undergone significant amounts of intensive and advanced training in the UK including Harley Street, London and advanced training in Melbourne, Australia.

Our training, experience and accreditations relate to the following areas which include advanced techniques to design and perform the application of:

Gaining advanced levels of training in permanent / semi permanent make up, traditional tattooing artistry and medical tattooing techniques has equipped us with the knowledge and skills to be able to combine and enhance the different techniques and skills sets.

This advanced level of knowledge, understanding and skill has allowed us to develop our own MHT MicroHair™ and MHT HairReplication™ scalp pigmentation techniques over a period of more than seven years constantly practicing, refining and analysing data and results from clinical trials to understand and gain valuable evidence supported with case studies.

As an academic and having spent the last 18 years in the world of education and training, life long learning and development has become a way of life and is very important to me.

I have personally been aware of the serious affects of hair loss for over 20 years and have spent the last seven years at the heart of our MHT™ hair simulation treatment for hair loss. It is therefore with great enthusiasm I am embarking on a PhD research project which will aim to positively help the lives of many hair loss sufferers.

My research will explore the deep psychological affects of hair loss and how MHT™ scalp pigmentation techniques can positively change individual’s attitudes towards hair loss. The research and the learning outcomes will reinforce our total commitment to hair loss and the specialist field of scalp pigmentation treatment.

It is hoped that this rich in-depth data source containing numerous case studies and outputs will not only enhance my own personal knowledge but will help contribute to the greater sum of knowledge relating to the psychological effects hair loss can have on certain individuals. I’m hopeful that the research and analysis that I conduct will be participated and totally supported by the academic world and medical professions due to the serious issues caused through hair loss.
