Spotty_baldingMale-pattern baldness is a term that any man dreads. These three words can strike fear in us as early as our teenage years and will stick with us throughout our lives. But baldness is something that affects 70 percent of men, so you can rest assured that you aren’t alone in the struggle with thinning or receding hair.

There’s some camaraderie to be had with baldness and here we have listed just a few of the struggles that all balding men can relate to.

Weather

When it comes to styling thinning hair weather can be a distinct problem. Over-style your hair and it’ll look like you’re too concerned with going bald, under-style it and you’ll be on the road to crazy scientist territory. But of course then comes the rain and wind, scuppering any work you’ve put in.

Mocking

For something that happens to the majority of men, it’s surprising how many people are willing to have a laugh at your expense. Yes we may feel a draught more but chances are you’ll also be well on your way to a smooth dome.

Hairdressers

So you don’t have much hair left on the top of your head and of course that might not leave a hairdresser with a lot to work with but do we need to be reminded of our misfortune by being asked if we’d like to “keep it long on top”?

Bad Advice

“Just shave it” is a common piece of advice for any balding man and whilst it is a good choice for many, it’s also worth noting that it doesn’t suit everyone. Certain head shapes suit being shaved, but if yours isn’t inline with Bruce Willis or Jason Statham then you might not be as fortune when you take the razor to it.

But who are we not to provide a solution? If you are considering shaving what’s left of your hair then why not consider SMP?

SMP hair loss treatment provides men suffering from hair loss with an immediate and realistic head of hair. It is a treatment that helps create a healthy hairline and youthful appearance, which makes shaving your hair look like it was your decision rather than forced on you by hair loss.
