Hair loss can be down to several different factors. Hair clinics are very good for advising and getting to the root of hair loss problems and when there is doubt as to why hair is thinning they should be used.

Minoxidil can be used by both men and women and can help by dilating the blood vessels around the hair follicles allowing more nutrients in. Propecia can only be used by men over the age of 18 and helps by prohibiting DHT which is known to destroy hair follicles.
